AURA Wellness & Recovery – Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Agreement
By signing up for an AURA Wellness & Recovery membership (“Membership”), you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. This agreement is between AURA Wellness & Recovery Pty Ltd (“AURA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the member (“you” or “your”).

2. Membership Benefits
Your Membership entitles you to access the services, facilities, and benefits as outlined in your chosen membership plan. Some services may require advance booking and are subject to availability.

3. Payment & Billing

Membership fees are payable in advance on the agreed billing cycle (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) via the payment method on file.

If payment fails, access to services may be suspended until the account is up to date.

All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing 14 days’ written notice in store.

Cancellations cannot be processed over the phone, email, or online.

The 14-day notice period begins on the date the cancellation form is completed in store.

Membership fees will continue to be charged during the 14-day notice period, and you will retain access to the facility during this time.

Any remaining fees owed must be paid in full before the membership is cancelled.

5. Holds & Suspensions

Membership holds are available upon request for medical or travel reasons only, with supporting documentation.

Holds must be requested in store at least 7 days before the requested start date.

6. Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Prepaid services or sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred at our discretion.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree to use the facilities respectfully, follow staff instructions, and comply with all safety and hygiene rules.

Misconduct, misuse of facilities, or behaviour that risks the safety or enjoyment of others may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

8. Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that use of the facilities and services involves inherent risks, and you accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur, except where caused by our negligence.

You release and indemnify AURA, its staff, and contractors from any claims arising from your participation in services or use of facilities.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions with at least 14 days’ notice. Updated terms will be available in store and on our website.

10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
